So, Where’s Your Female Magnificence and Power?

Even now in 2011, many female executives and professionals come to me because they’ve lost their sense of self. It happens when they imitate the behaviours of their male ‘pin-stripe’ counterparts,  believing the imitation is a necessary route to success, or because, unconsciously, they’ve swallowed and choked on male orientated paradigms and culture.

I have nothing against potent male proactive energy. It’s the distorted energies of dog eat dog, nod nod wink wink leg-ups, and bully boy aggression, overt or implicit, with which I take issue.

What a travesty for men. And, what a waste of a female soul and her magnificence when a woman emulates that which she was never intended to be. Why not instead, tap into powerful natural forces bringing collaboration and integration to the workplace.

We can do that through our rhythmic connections with moon cycles, tides and the ‘Ooomph in the Universe’. As women we can do this through the legacy of ‘Sophia’; the feminine aspect of the divine, the source of wisdom and creation.

When we welcome Sophia, humanity prospers. She fantastically inspires and energises any woman who turns in her direction. So, if you choose, you can be immensely supported and encouraged by her lineage and those of universal archetypes such as the brave Warrioress, the intuitive Sourceress, and the oh so strategically impressive Emperess.

The world and humanity are crying out to you for new ways of doing and being, both within and outside business organisations. You, as a woman, are uniquely placed to influence in the direction of wholeness, collaboration and integration.

Where better to start modelling how things can be than in business. And, how better for you to model potential rather than perpetuate uncaring and destructive behaviours and paradigms?

When you, as a woman, reclaim and stand in the ground of your magnificence, you are not alone. You have the potency and influence of your female lineage coursing courageously through your veins. A lineage which brings you wisdom, articulateness and magic in how you present and how you perform.

Can you not hear your future calling???

Then, step up!… And be the powerful, influential and magnificent woman you really are!
