5 tips to inspire Go Getting Women!
Have you ever wondered what go getting women do every day? We we asked women in our network for their input and this is what we discovered.
#1. Have an intent
Go getting women start their day with purpose and intent. They know what they want to achieve and they make sure it's in line with their long term vision. If their daily actions fall out of alignment with their purpose, they know they have to get back on track, whether it's for themselves, their professional goals or in their relationships. They know that success is founded on the effective practise of seemingly small daily habits. Their day is made of up the little things that make a big impact, so they grow their resilience and confidence.
#2. Learn Something New
Go getting women never stop learning. Their minds are open to accepting feedback or acquiring new skills. They are aware that as professional careers or working lives become extended, workplaces become more age and culturally diverse, staying in touch with the zeitgeist is important. On top of this many hard skills will need updating. Go getting women don't expect their employer to take care of them and they invest in themselves and their futures. Even when they have a career break, they use that time to develop new skills.

#3. Be Kind
Kindness, character, and other important qualities come first, and matter more. Small gestures and listening attentively are a distinguishing feature of go getting women and are well appreciated. Even smiling and good posture can make a difference to our moods and how others perceive us.
#4. Take Care of Themselves
Self-care is a top priority for go getting women. They know that they have to look after themselves properly, before they can be there for others. #5. Manage Their Time
Do you ever feel like there’s not enough time in the day? Do you feel like you get to the office and have already done a full working day before you even got there? Go getting women respect time - not just yours, but their own. They manage their workload and schedules. They don't allow themselves to get sucked into time wasting activities or spending time on toxic relationships. Because they understand time, they value the cost of it and appreciate how previous it is. They know their value on the market never work below their market rate, unless they are volunteering for a cause dear to their hearts. Then they donate their time.
