A Mentoring event is a two way street and the mentors got as much out of the evening as the particpants. Engagement was lively and focused with questions ranging from a mix of general and practical. We were also delighted  to have the male perspective from Patrizio. Pierre Collowald was stranded in Germany and sadly was not able to attend. But next time we will aim to have two male mentors.mentoring event

Gilly added: “I also want to add that this was, quite palpably, a valuable mentoring event for the participants and a fun evening for us all. I was struck by the immediacy of the openness, the courageous vulnerability, the appetite for connection and the energy in the space.”

One participant repeated the same comment that is made after very 3Plus Mini-mentoring event “I was able to spend more time with senior managers at this one 3 hour event than in the whole year in my company

Many thanks to our sponsors: P & G, Hilton Hotels, MasterCard and Plastipak Inc who made this mentoring event possible.
