3Plus aims to increase the number of women at all levels and in all business sectors. To this end we provide critical hard-to-find resources and ingredients aspiring women need to achieve their greatest potential.

We help women develop their career muscles at 3Plus’ virtual or in-person career fitness centers.

We work with Companies to ensure high achieving women create a gender balanced talent pipeline.

3Plus Mentors and Coaches

Coaches and Mentors are:

  • Selected only by invitation from 3 Plus co-founders
  • High achieving and well-respected professionals

  • Are qualified and trained for certification as 3Plus mentors
