Do lack of role models, mentors, and engaging networking opportunities hold you back?
Change that, and more, by attending our MiniMentoring events, where…
It’s late afternoon in New York, Boston, London, Brussels, Paris, Silicon Valley, or a city near you.
You, and 60 other professional women, are enjoying wine, appetizers, and small group conversations in a stylish conference room. At the sound of a train whistle, the formal session begins. Everyone is seated at small round tables, and the host introduces a panel of mentors.
Collectively the panelists represent several hundred years cross industry experience and may include Fortune 500 executives, an entrepreneur, an author, a coach. They are single, married, divorced, widowed, mothers, childless, caretakers, best friends and more. Tonight they dedicate themselves to being your mentors.
Panelist/mentors address questions you submitted to the host, and you are impressed by how honest, accessible, straightforward, confident and humble they are. Soon participants are asking the questions. The mood flows from light to serious to funny, and back again, the way women’s conversations often do.
At the break you are networking – naturally, easily – having fun while making new connections. Following the break, mentors join you and your table-mates for three rounds of speed-mentoring. You are encouraged to reach for your desired future, and you have tips and tricks to get there.
The evening also includes:
- A makeover with professional makeup artist
- A photo shoot by professional photographer
- Grand Prizes, including career coaching package
You are among those who stay late and ask, “When can we do this again?”
Until then, you have new networking contacts to follow up, an updated professional image, and several action steps to take, aimed at advancing and enjoying your career.

Participant Reviews
The 3Plus Mini-Mentoring event was a turning point in my career. Though I had attended similar events in the past, the dynamic group of women Dorothy brought together were truly inspiring and open to a deeper connection than merely exchanging cards. This event gave me a chance to learn more about how to overcome the barriers women face in building their careers, both external and internal. I came out of this event with a "superconnector" contact who was extremely generous with her time, meeting with me for an informational interview after the event. The gracious and accomplished women on the panel were high achieving, gracious, and fulfilled in their careers. Their willingness to help the other attendees was truly extraordinary. Dorothy is a gifted facilitator and there is no doubt in my mind that all attendees came out energized by what they had learned and the women they met at the event. With the 3Plus group, the glass ceiling just doesn't stand a chance. I am sure that women at all levels in their career can benefit from Dorothy Dalton's events- and men too!"

I have found the event insightful, offering a great opportunity to be able to connect with top mentors in a small and informal crowd, with a well-thought format (main Q &A session / networking break / "speed mentoring" / gender quizz and raffle - bonus = whistles, good wine and no "baked" food!).
Many of the attendees were MBA students and I found awesome that they were given this opportunity. I have been working for 15 years (and am a MBA grad myself) and never had a chance to see so many "approachable" mentors...
