Dorothy is a global talent management strategist working on both sides of the executive search spectrum from “hire to retire”, specializing in sourcing and developing hard-to-find candidates for executive search firms and international organisations.  A Brussels based career coach, she uses her active and deep knowledge of the job search market to support individuals in designing their career strategies, including the creation of a Personal Brand. Digitally savvy, with an internationally-recognized blog on career transition and a strong niche-market social media presence, she successfully embraced new technology to combine the best of old-style methodologies with the new.

As Co-Founder of 3Plus International she is pro-active in supporting, mentoring and sponsoring women to advance their careers, presence, and visibility in the workplace. She contributes regularly to various media both on and offline, as well speaking at conferences; running workshops and designing and delivering career coaching programs to top-tier Business Schools.

An Economist, Dorothy qualified into the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (U.K.) and is also a certified coach and trainer. Her early career spanned corporate HR and European sales and marketing. She has lived and worked in a number of countries as well as a variety of industry sectors, including the steel industry, television, and business services. She is an entrepreneur with experience in SMEs and start-ups, as well as large corporations. Dorothy has 2 adult children living in London and Dubai, is an avid reader, beginner golfer (for 10 years) and a huge tennis fan with a love of travel.

For over 20 years Dr. Anne Perschel has been an “Unstoppable force for the advancement of women leaders,” beginning with her role as Chair of the Women In Manufacturing Conference at a Fortune 50 company. She is currently a coach and trusted advisor to senior and high potential men and women in a variety of industries. Dr. Perschel also works with companies to address systemic and cultural obstacles standing in the way of the promotion and success of women managers and executives. She is on the board of the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts and serves as Vice-President of the New England Society of Applied Psychology. In addition, she is a member of The Boston Club, executive women on a mission to place more women on boards. Dr. Perschel is a Master Coach Supervisor in the Coach Certification Program of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. She has been a senior manager in two Fortune 100 companies, earned a Master of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development, and a Doctorate in Psychology. Her articles have appeared in numerous publications including Business Week, The Glass Hammer, Pink Magazine, and Global Business and Organizational Excellence. She has presented at various conferences including Linkage’s annual Women’s Leadership Summit.
