Dorothy is a global talent management strategist and architect, who supports organizations to achieve business success and individuals to reach their potential. At the forefront of gender balanced and diversity recruitment, she focuses on talent acquisition and development to create a gender-balanced and inclusive workplace for international businesses.
She is passionate about making big intangible concepts real with practical solutions that impact our workplaces and talent pipeline. She is listed as a global HR Influencer in the Future of Work and sits at the intersection of HR and Tech. She is an author, regular commentator, guest speaker, writer and panelist on workplace trends and the future of work. She is a certified coach and trainer both face to face and in distance/digital learning.
Digitally savvy, she has a strong social media presence ( she is a self-proclaimed Twitter addict), she has an award-winning blog and a number of eBooks under her belt. She has lived and worked in a number of countries as well as a variety of industry sectors, including the steel industry, television, and business services. She is an entrepreneur with experience in SMEs and start-ups, as well as large corporations. Dorothy has two adult children living in London and Dubai, is an avid reader, continuous learner, beginner golfer (for 20 years) and a huge tennis fan with a love of travel.
