Why are we called 3Plus?

Because it takes more than 3 of any demographic out of a group of 10 to change the dynamic of any organization.

3Plus International is a business services consultancy that supports organizations building diverse and inclusive workplaces through gender balance, equity, and belonging.

Led by Founder Dorothy Dalton, our mission is to strengthen the female talent pipeline within organizations to help them achieve business success and benefit from the “gender dividend” associated with gender-balanced and inclusive workplaces.

This involves attracting the right female talent to your business and ensuring that your organization has best practices in place to retain and empower women, thereby creating inclusive workplaces which value diversity.

 

3Plus International was originally set up on social media as a support and resource hub for individual women to advance their careers and to work with companies which believe in diversity, gender balance and advancing female talent. The mission statement is reflected in the name of the company. You need three women in any group of ten, to change the dynamic of the group culture.

Today, we are active on the global market to support businesses who want to hire top female talent and to help them reach their potential, not just as women leaders, but leaders full stop. EXECUTIVE SEARCH & RECRUITMENT

3Plus works with organizations to identify, attract and retain female talent to strengthen the female talent pipeline. Female candidates everywhere it’s just that traditional methodologies  don’t know how to find them and engage them in the recruitment process. MENTORING PROGAMS

Women can’t be what they don’t see and hear. Most organizations have few female role models and bringing in an external mentor can make a massive difference to career success. 3plus offers mentoring programs, coaching women how to make the most of mentoring and men on how to mentor women. Research shows that men unconsciously mentor women differently to men.

Dorothy Dalton

Dorothy is a global talent management strategist who is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and developing the female talent pipeline. She is an expert in international  gender-balanced and diversity recruitment, and her focus on talent acquisition and development helps organizations achieve business success while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Her super power is making big intangible concepts real with practical solutions that impact our workplaces and especially the female talent pipeline. She is listed as a global HR Influencer in the Future of Work and sits at the intersection of HR and Tech. She is an author, regular commentator, guest speaker, writer and panelist on workplace trends and the future of work. She is a certified coach and trainer both face to face and in distance/digital learning.

She has lived and worked in a number of countries as well as a variety of industry sectors, including the steel industry, television, and business services. She is an entrepreneur with experience in SMEs and start-ups, as well as large corporations. Dorothy has two adult children living in London and Dubai, is an avid reader, continuous learner, beginner golfer (for 20 years) and a huge tennis fan with a love of travel.
