I have decades of experience in Human Resource Management (CIPD) inclusive recruitment and talent development. I support organizations in attracting, training and retaining the best possible talent  by designing and implementing strategies that align business goals with a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. 

I thrive on transforming big ideas into practical solutions, to make complex concepts more accessible for business leaders, especially when it comes to supporting women's career progression.

My coaching approach integrates three disciplines: Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, to drive behavioral change; the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai, to help individuals find their purpose; and Trauma-Informed Coaching, which equips me to support individuals navigating the challenges of toxic workplaces and workplace trauma.

I am also a certified practitioner for ISO 45003 to support organizations implement psychosocial safety policies to make their workplaces more inclusive as well as  meeting their legal obligations.

As a recognized HR contributor in the global Future of Work space, I am passionate about the potential of the partnership of HR with technology. Whether through writing, speaking, or training, I share fresh insights on workplace trends and the ever evolving world of work. I’m certified in both in-person and digital learning, allowing me to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning environments.

Beyond consulting, I am happy to share my ideas with an award-winning blog, multiple eBooks, and a handbook on Sexism in the Workplace for the European Institute for Gender Equality. My eLearning courses on sexism, bullying, and harassment have reached hundreds of thousands worldwide, providing individuals and organizations with the knowledge to create safer, more inclusive workplaces.

Named among the top 100 most influential figures in HR over the past decade, I continue to be a sought-after voice in the HR space.

I have lived and worked internationally across various sectors, and can bring a global perspective shaped by experience in both startups and large corporations as well as cross cultural understanding. A terminally curious, lifelong learner I balance my professional passions with personal interests in writing, travel, spending time with my family and friends.  But it's hard to beat sitting on a beach watching the sun go down. The little things are often bigger than you think.
