How to create a bias conscious workplace
In an environment of mandatory working from home (WFH,) inclusive leadership has become more important than ever. Research shows that when people are forced to work from home rather than it being a choice, productivity drops. Today, circumstances are extreme. Everyone is coping not just with anxiety around health for themselves and their families, but dealing with home schooling while “co-spacing” (everyone working around the kitchen table.) 3Plus offers an interactive webinar where “macro meets micro”, in terms of workplace culture and employee engagement. We look at practical ways managers and leaders can translate broader leadership and HR concepts into daily actionable habits and behaviours, that will serve them well, not just during lock down. The skills acquired will help manage their teams more inclusively with strategies they can apply to managing teams in the post COVID19 workplace as well as face to face.
