In an environment of mandatory working from home (WFH,) inclusive leadership has become more important than ever. Research shows that when people are forced to work from home rather than it being a choice, productivity drops.  Today, circumstances are extreme. Everyone is coping not just with anxiety around health for themselves and their families, but dealing with home schooling while “co-spacing” (everyone working around the kitchen table.)  In some geographies even a trip to the supermarket requires a permit.
