This is a series of focused, practical power coaching sessions in our Online Learning programs for organizations. The content can also be adapted for individual coaching or small group private coaching sessions. The duration can be adjusted to meet the needs of the group.
1. Be FABulous: Identify and create a powerful and impactful USP or UVP
Your USP (Unique Selling Proposition or Unique Value Proposition) can be used in on line profiles, in meetings and in networking interaction. Learn how to weave in “benefit” words so that you can convey your achievements without being crass and bragging.
This online workshop will show you how to create an effective USP so you can introduce yourself succinctly and show case your skills to create dialogue and engagement.
This exercise is at the heart of all career development strategies and helps to anchor you in line with your goals, values and vision.
2. How to set career goals and create a career strategy

Setting career goals and creating a strategy is really important for career success. Learn why it’s important and how to start. Research from 3Plus has shown us that women lag behind men in creating precise career goals with a coherent plan. Don’t let that be you.
3. Preparing for a promotion
Find out how to position yourself for a promotion and some basic skills to prepare for a successful interview.
We also cover salary negotiation and positioning for a stretch assignment or prestige project.
4. Maximising the potential of an international assignment
An international assignment has been identified as a career catapult. Find out how to position yourself for an international role and how to get best value from the assignment.
