If you have a brain you have a bias! There are more than 150 kinds of unconscious biases deeply embedded into our wider cultures. It is not surprising that they spill over into our organisations. They can’t be left at the door and therefore they are also implanted in our every day professional interactions. A psychologically secure environment is a key factor in attracting talent and retaining employees which makes it’s more important than ever to create a bias conscious workplace.
Research shows that bias interferes with rational decision making which is a barrier to business success. In this online training to build a bias conscious workplace we will examine:

This is a 3 hour workshop which can be online or in person depending on the health protocols in place.
