1. Stress management: Stop, Balance, Go. Mindfulness and More
“Stressed” has become the new “fine”. We are all constantly adding items to our never-ending to-do lists and many of us may feel overwhelmed professionally and personally, negatively impacts our everyday interactions, and relationships, both at home and in the workplace.
In the workshop participants will learn the psychological, behavioral, and physiological signs and symptoms of stress and where it can come from. It explores possible triggers and shares how although we are not able to control external events, we can develop strategies to help us manage our reactions.
We will take a look at mindfulness and relaxation techniques to bring a sense of calm and how we can build daily habits that make us feel more present, peaceful and in control.
The benefits are numerous for individuals, teams, and organisations. This training helps increase emotional intelligence and psychological safety which in turn enhances team and individual engagement. Team members who are able to manage their emotions contribute to a more harmonious workplace with reduce conflict. Collaboration is increased and, performance and well-being improve.
This session is best in small group coaching of maximum 8 participants for personal engagement/
