AI is impacting how are organisations are run and because it’s built on male-coded data, gender stereotypes and biases are not only replicatd but amlpified and to scale. We find this particulaly in people processes hiring, performance assessments, promotion and even layoffs.
In Europe the law now treats many of these tools as high-risk. Meeting the legal minimum doesn’t automatically guarantee fairness for women and gender-diverse colleagues.
