The Diversity Fresque® is a collaborative workshop that helps participants explore the mechanisms that create exclusion to understand how individual behaviours connect to wider organisational systems and cultures through thoughtful facilitated dialogue.
Through a facilitated, visual and highly interactive experience, participants work together to:
- explore the different dimensions of diversity
- identify how stereotypes and bias influence decisions
- understand how individual experiences connect to organisational systems
- examine the role of power, privilege and social norms
- challenge assumptions about merit, talent and “fit”
- identify practical actions for creating more inclusive workplaces
This is a conversation, a challenge and a collective learning experience, not yet another diversity workshop.

Particularly useful for organisations wanting to move beyond compliance and create a shared language for talking about inclusion and difference, and create “ah ha” moments in employees who might be struggling to grasp difference.
